Background of Optimus Prime
 
On the far away planet on Cybertron, his original name is Orion Pax who started out as a vulnerable dock robot worker. After he was attacked and wounded by Megatron (the leader of Decepticons), he was brought to Alpha Trion, an ancient Autobot, who reconstructed him to become the first Autobot warrior of its kind. He became Optimus Prime. Alpha Trion gave him the Autobot Matrix which placed on his chest and is a symbol carried by all Autobot leaders.
 
He later became the leader of Autobots, the good faction of Transformers, and fight against the Decepticons, Autobot's swore enemy. Optimus Prime is a wise, brave and compassionate general and has leaded the Autobots in many battles with the Decepticons. On a battle while he was leading a warrior team on the Autobot starship Ark, they clashed landed on pre-historic Earth. Four million years later, a volcano eruption brought the Transformers back to life. With Decepticons taking control of Cybertron, they have planned to destroy the Autobots on Earth. Autobots lead by Optimus Prime try to defend Earth and mankind, and at the same time prevent Decepticons from raiding the Earth's resources. The battle continues with Megatron and Decepticons but this time on planet Earth in present time 1984 AD.
